We worked with the customer for more than six months to migrate their self-managed Exchange/Lotus Notes email system from three, on-premise, legacy data centers to AWS GovCloud (US). Our solution included:

A large enterprise regulatory federal agency required automated advanced resource and billing management solutions in AWS GovCloud in order to meet compliance requirements and federal mandates.
First, we worked with the customer to understand their business requirements and then utilized the ECS Advanced Management Portal (iRAMP) tool to customize resource management and tagging processes. With the detailed information on usage they obtained, the agency was able to establish a chargeback model to allocate consumption and services costs to individual applications, business units, and external entities.
